The Eames Plastic Armchair RAR RE Rocking Chair Chromed was designed by Charles & Ray Eames for the brand Vitra. The original design for this piece dates back to the 1950s. The chair forms part of the Vitra Eames Plastic Chairs collection, updated with new colours, materials and recycled plastic as part of the brand's commitment to sustainable manufacturing. It is ideal for all lounges, living spaces and work areas.

The Eames Plastic Armchair RAR RE Rocking Chair Chromed has a width of 63cm, a height of 76cm and a depth of 81cm. The seat height is 37cm and the chair weighs 4.5kg. The distinctive chair shell is made from moulded plastic, designed to offer exceptional comfort to the user. The base is made from powder-coated moulded steel in a geometric frame, and the runners are expertly crafted from rounded maple.

The Eames Plastic Armchair RAR RE Rocking Chair Chromed is a sustainable choice, as the piece has been made with recycled post-consumer plastic. This means it has tiny dots of different colours throughout the plastic seat. Accessorise the chair with Vitra cushions for added comfort and mix and match this piece with other coloured Eames plastic chairs.
